“I lived at Gateway Flats in Manhattan Harbour until April and my time there was truly wonderful. My apartment had a river view balcony that made every day feel special. The rooftop patio with grill and tables was perfect for relaxing or hosting friends, and the fitness center was always clean and convenient. What really set the experience apart was the property manager, Sean. He was always responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared about the residents. Even though I have moved out, I still look back on my time there with such appreciation. Gateway Flats is a fantastic place to call home.”

“Lived here for almost 2 years. Staff from the owner down to the cleaners were nothing but accommodating and exceptional. Great views, high income neighbors, and great memories made. Thank you to all the staff at Gateway Flats for making me feel at home for the length of my stay in the Cincinnati area.”

“I have lived here for over a year. The staff is great, building is clean and the views are amazing. I love being able to walk to great bars and restaurants and you can't beat the river walk right outside your door!”

“This beautiful building has been a great addition to the Manhattan Harbour neighbourhood. The staff has always been friendly to me and I very much enjoy being able to work quietly at the lobby/business center in a pinch. The views from the rooftop deck are lovely!”
